QUOTE(onnying88 @ Dec 22 2009, 12:30 AM) And what will that be? QUOTE(weikian @ Dec 22 2009, 10:25 AM) Even if it's not guaranteed, you will still able to get back quite a lump sum of money after 20 or 30 years. Since you already ready to spend money that you will not be getting back, why not assured the loan while investment ?( our investment is not like shares which you will lose everything) Which is better? spend more on money that you can get back or spend lesser but you cannot get any of the money back? As per in investment-linked insurance product?Mind to tell more? |

QUOTE(leongal @ Jan 7 2010, 02:50 PM) OCBC Banker(s), I would like to ask: Once my loan is being disbursed to the seller's bank, in the online system, it would be indicated by the "due date" appearing? Is it possible for me to call up the customer service to check if the loan is being disbursed, instead of ringing up the lawyer (always engaged on line)? You should have received some statement stating the amount of money being released to the developer.. |
