I have talk to PBB banker. He say we cannot pay installment before due date.
The money paid before due date is consider prepayment.
On the due date, we still need to pay monthly installment.
Any PBB banker/borrower here. Is it true?
Thank you!
Any payment made 7 days before due date, the system will automatically capture it as principal payment for the loans with redraw facility. The money paid before due date is consider prepayment.
On the due date, we still need to pay monthly installment.

Thank you!
ex: Your due date is 20 July 2009.
Payment made before 14 July 2009 is consider prepayment, on 20 July 2009 you still need to pay the installment.
On the other hand, if you pay more for your monthly installment, the extra payment will deduct your principal.
ex : Installment : RM1500, Payment : RM2000
Extra RM500 will go to principal and at the same time save interest as the interest is calculated based on your daily outstanding.
