2. Overseas Payslips
3. Overseas Account Statements
4. CPF Statements if working in Singapore
5. Income Tax documentation showing annual income and proof of tax paid
6. Stamped tenancy agreements + Account Statement
7. Booking Form/S&P
8. Title/Previous S&P
However different banks have different criteria for the documents.

Another possibility is that you dont have any other loans (Housing Loan, Car Loan, Personal Loan, Credit Card) with banks. If that is the case, then you have no CCRIS record to check, so the banks wont know what sort of payment behavior to expect from you.
However if you think the reason is due to you starting a new job, then I most likely can help you.
I've gotten loans approved at 90% for ppl who just started working 1 month only and not yet confirmed.
