Why don't you make your life easier by getting a mortgage broker to do everything for you?

All you have to do is prepare a set of all the required documents, sign the application forms for all the various banks (which they will submit on your behalf) sit back and wait for banks approval. Compare the rates and the terms and conditions from all the banks that comes back to you and sign the one that suits you the most.
