Mgsrulz, since u love MGS so much, i wana ask some questions, which i can actually find out the answers myself in wikipedia, but i feel like having the answers here, at least u guys can keep talking heheh


1) This Big Boss guy, naked snake?... who is he, like bad guy? but some people said he did good things? I x faham lah..Snake beat him d right? (already went to wikipedia, but refraint from reading about him coz wana hear from u, malaysia style haha)

2) the MGSPO, was a flashback of 1970? coz i see roy campbell so young...

3) The MGS Graphic Novel, its an interactive media of? storyline? full story line? or actually, a game?

4) so actually the current time frame is like...in MGS4? or that was also some other flashback? I played MGS1 and MGS2(Fewwwwwwwwwwwwww Years back)...n didnt finished MGS3, but i never followed the storyline so detailed like u guys..suddenly interested, (damn MGS4)

ok thats all, u guys can start writing essays already.Sorry if u guys think im actually being lazy/spamming, coz i really like reading forums than encyclopedia(i wish i spelled it correctly)

full story,but not in full detail:
Big Boss was originally a normal soldier.
served his country, lived and died a patriot.
later on,though, he started to realise that he was just a pawn.
the government didnt care about him,or any other soldier.
to the US government,these soldiers are just pawns used to further their own goals. (politicians,biasa la..most,if not all also like that what )

MGS3 pretty much shows the first of a series of events which made Big Boss (then Naked Snake) question his authority's motives.
from MGS3 to MGS PO and beyond, he started gradually losing faith in his country's administration,and began to dream of a world made solely for soldiers.
a world where soldiers like him are revered,desired, honoured.
and not used as pawns for some politician.

to say that he is a completely bad guy,isnt entirely correct.
yes,his methods are not peaceful,nor the best..
but i suppose you can say it's the easiest way to get results

reason i cant go into detail,is cause i also dont know the details..until MGS PO 2 and beyond start appearing, no one will know for sure exactly what pushed Big Boss to threaten the world with a Nuclear weapon)

MGS PO is the continuation of MGS3.
the continuation of Big Boss's story.
MGS3,MGSPO,and future big boss titles will be used to flesh out his story,so we know exactly why he became the "bad guy" in Metal Gear.

a few years ago, Konami and Dark Horse comics,IINM, made a deal to publish graphic novels based on MGS (the first game on the PSX)
MGS graphic novel is basically the graphic novel,in UMD format for the PSP.
coupled with sound effects,and automatic scroll,it's kinda like a moving picture UMD.
no voice,only sound effects

4) was about MGS4 time, is it present or another flashback of blablabla? but seeing Snake is now aged, I guess its present... last of him I suppose? - Like MGS always have time-twisted, this series cerita about this, next series, flashback pula about this Big Boss, then change again... @_@

Damn i pre-ordered already on GH, only TecAsia just announced the damn pre-order.. Well, i have pre-order the MGS4 one month earlier b4 i own PS3 lol.. So i own MGS4 officialy on 12th June but i haven't own PS3 officialy yet till July. Quite lame eh?

sure mgs4 got a hell lot of flashback.just like watching anime with flashback on it.i think the most important story is mgs1?since they will most likely talk about shadow moses again and again?

Really funny though why claiming official release while they aint any official launch PS3 here. But maybe after this grand event, Sony Malaysia will notice the amount of ppl tat owned the PS3 and the amount of ppl buying the ori games! And they will feel that lost a lot of money not launching it here!
