Goddamnit. its been almost 9 hours since they screwed their shit up. Nothing is working, MSN is down. Hotmail is down. Even singapore sites cannot be accessed. I cannot even do my project T_T

So I'm not the only one.
I'm staying in Taman Desa, quite near to Sri Petaling the TS's location. Called Streamyx 100 to complain last week, until now still very slow at night. and the best thing, Streamyx technicians can actually close my previous 2 complaint tickets w/o consulting me!! I've wrote official complaint to help@tm.com.my as advised by the call agent, and asked for monthly bill waiver/discount. Let's unite and show them who's the boss! |
