So I'm not the only one.

I'm staying in Taman Desa, quite near to Sri Petaling the TS's location. Called Streamyx 100 to complain last week, until now still very slow at night.

and the best thing, Streamyx technicians can actually close my previous 2 complaint tickets w/o consulting me!! I've wrote official complaint to help@tm.com.my as advised by the call agent, and asked for monthly bill waiver/discount.


Let's unite and show them who's the boss!

I've emailed to the Malaysian Communication and Multimedia Commission as some forumer said that Streamyx will react fast if complaint to MCMC.

But it seems not the case for this issue, as no reply from both Streamyx and MCMC for this problem. Maybe too many ppl have wrote to them and they just ignore it as the easier solutions

Update: Streamyx just replied me saying that they apologize for the issue and request some time for thorough investigation by relevant department.

After the technician finally done something, my line now become slow All the time!!!

last time only slow from 8pm to 2am.. now at 7am also very2 slow

at this time (9:15pm), the streamyx keeps disconnecting.

anyone experiencing?
