I also facing terrible internet connection.. Trying to sent the complaint form, but no respond when after I click SENT.. Really so stupid. I'm facing this around 2 weeks already!

Currently routing to EU and US

My streamyx connection has really suxxored these past few days. Most google services (including gmail and Earth) wont load, youtube videos wont load, MSN messenger wont connect...wtf is going on!

Luckily gaming pings are still low, and can browse vital pages eg RSS reader, LYN forums, wikipedia...otherwise computer no use liao

well i keep getting auto reconnect for the whole morning till noon just now..from penang bayan lepas area.

the same trick with COMCAST , thats why we get timeout or high ping browsing net. xxx tmnut

i recommend u all if next time feel slow
go to speedtest.net to test your internet speed
if your internet speed is slower then urs speed should get
just reconnect to get new ip
and test the speed with speedtest.net until u get the speed u should.

I understand different IPs have different speed. So congestion is not only at international gateway, but also at local/regional equipment?

I guess my situation is around same with u... its like get blocked by them. Happened to me since Friday.

Looks very good right? Ya right but i can't access certain sites, such as my college web (www.tarc.edu.my), friendster, tech republic and some foreign sites, just a while ago i can't even access WWW.TM.NET.MY as well!! Tried to ping these websites, end up getting timeouts and i tried asked my friends via msn to access them they said the sites were ok and smooth....what gives? Funny thing is i asked my neighbor to connect and they can

But then... some sites like here, smooth like hell. MSN looking good, dota no problem ( tested on noon), other online game ok as well... torrents are ok

So anyone facing the same problem can tell me how to fix this ...? My service location is Batu Caves/Selayang.

i already call the tm help line, the operater say everything is fine and smooth, i also cannot login msn, than he told me to uninstall msn and install it
i thought he want me to format my window and reinstall back

That pisses me off.
Not only is their call center not helpful in solving actual problems, they give solutions that may tend to aggravate them.

I think Tmnet/Streamyx need people to demonstrate on the streets then appear in newspapers then they'll take notice. Not that they'll actually fix anything after that of course, too bad they're not elected into monopoly, or else we can vote them out next election.

i find it hard to load picture from imageshack and mostly international websites are loading triple slow since 2 weeks ago.

At least you can still load those websites. For me, I'm receiving timeout for most of the international websites.

My connection is crap today. There is absolutely no point in calling TMNut customer service. They will just tell you "No complaints. Everything is fine." Bullshitters of the highest order.

well i can't load youtube right now. wthell are streamyx doing ? is there another earthquake going on somewhere that causes this slow network?

i can't even go to tvbnow.com...WTF....
