lately i very down and feel very disappointed because i could not collect all the bad debts as a result
supplier have cut my Order and i been giving warning for the second time. The most important thing is my reputation is totally tarnish.
i have put alot of my time and effort to this business but now all in vain .

i really into this toys business not because i can make alot of profit (profit for 1 item that i sell only RM 15 or sometime only RM 10) but because i can meet new friends who have the
same hobby with me and the most important is to help my friend (i treat my customer as my friend) to get theirs items at a very reasonable price.

i really treasure you as a friend and understand the difficulty that you guys are facing therefore i offer my help by allow Po with no deposit and can collect the items whenever you have the enough money
but at the end all i get in return are FFK , missing in action , cancellation ,empty promise, always collect the news item but the old items non been collect and so on .
Frankly i feel very sad ,sometimes i ask myself am i too stupid to trust my customer or nowadays people are very cruel .

So sad to hear that bro. From now on, I suggest you to take at least 50% from the total order for each clients. Hoping that you can overcome with the problem soon.

As a seller myself, its alright not to be mr niceguy anymore, some ppl just take advantage of yr (sometimes my)generosity, po today, then got better deals elsewhere, give forking excuses like no money lah, this lah that lah thinking that nothing happen.

I think you should let out those stock which are kept too long.
Only keep those trusted friend's stock.
I do recall you mention some stock is in your storage for a year +.
I believe that a lot friends / brothers here will buy your stock which was FFK by others.
At least you can cover all the bad debts and rebuild your reputation.

i do argee with bro drgunpla we cannot be nice , what really break my heart is some customer said they have no money but they can buy others thing and show off their new haul at LYN forum

we try ours level best to provide very resonable price so that customer will come back to buy from us again but end up stuck with more than 20 k stock

also i have to face some competitor accuse ,rumors so that my customer will buy from them and mocking from competitor too . but because my passon and my dream to open my toy shop in 1 day therefore i carry on

Just to share with you all , i have bought 1 soho near d'sara and this will be my loyal customer hide out . i will provide ps 3 console (guy can enjoy playing games) , toys magazine, comic and so on . Customer can relax at my place and if you guy want to stay over night for playing games with me i have no problem with that .


the soho is at a very strategic location where it near the curve and i hear LRT station will build near by (lrt station is from cheras to the curve ) and it took around 15 min walk from the curve to my soho .

the completion for my soho will be in 3 years time and i really hope by them my business will growth better .

he got money to get SNSD limited collection cost around 300+++ but no money to pay for shf from bro ya.

As for those po then mia ppl(don know what they call it Ffk or what ) what you can do is you can set a limit duration for them, if they don pay with certain period, you can release their item to open market.

Support you bro if you in need of cash do pm me which item you are able to get from your supplier vs the po i made.

Yo bro, if you wanna make friend or help ppl out, you also need to help yourself out. Else you cannot do it long term ler.
So change your business method a bit, get deposit to safeguard for your future business running. Doing it, getting deposit does not mean you do not trust friend. It is meant to protect customer as well.

No deposit --> you end up like this
Get deposit --> you protect your business, you protect your customer too. Coz you able to sustain in long run.

after dealing with u, they can judge ur service on their own for sure
