I don't recommend it but from what I heard from people that tried it before, it can actually cured sore throat. Putting 1 mentos in diet coke may help too..
But it may have side effect such as diarrhea as many cannot take it..

If you really want to try, maybe you should just gargle it, don't drink it.
By the way, is it for sore throat?

You should add human poop in Coke, why bother adding salt etc. That shit isnt good for you. Once a week or occasionally doesnt kill.

yo chill dude... nobody even dream of consuming their own waste... yuck dry.gif

I do saw people add salt to their coke in mamak stalls... even susu....
the added ingredient itself is not good for health... or izzit maybe theres a chemical reaction or such once added together with coke? hmm.gif

if in scientific point of view, the main reason of adding salt to carbonate drink is to remove the gas.

Yeah, I like it with just a pinch of salt.

Otherwise, I take it as Rum & Coke smile.gif

Add in salt will somehow decrease temperature of solution and make taste cooler & nicer. Besides, ice-cream is an alternative choice.

My friend does that always in McD. She say to remove the gas. But the prob is she add too much salt..

Once i'm having a real bad sore throat on the way to Genting. Tried coke with salt. No use.

i dont see how adding salt will decrease the temperature... but i agree it might reduce gas and also the acidity for easier consumption

chemical reaction ... endothermic. Breaking ionic bonds of salt will gain energy from cola, thus reduce temperature. *I think so* smile.gif

Salt breaks ionic bonds of the ice lattice which absorbs energy... but no ice here so doesn't apply. *me thinks* smile.gif

Correct also. This recalled me what I had learn in school many years ago. *ooo .. a bit off topic*

Btw, I seldom drink cola , after I saw how cola acts at cleaning solvent in toilet bowl ... so sparkling !
