oh yeah the lot that i booked is one of the last few ranging from 280k and 12k for 1+1 carpark.....(type B) 1313sqf(or is it 1351sft as it was stated in my booking receipt 1351sft) highest floor, 4 rooms lot.

i know the place have such a high density but come to think of it... jam is everywhere.. currently working in bangsar but stayin in PJ area.. am comfortable with PJ but for that amount of money u can only get around 800-925sqft... plus the jam is just as terrible there as well smile.gif

but that's just my point of view smile.gif

am looking into more replies and info..

am worried as well as this is my 1st purchase property as well..

Is yours block A or B? 23rd floor? It's coming to the completion already - we can get keys in June I suppose.

I called the developer yesterday.. he said the latest to ahnd over the key is in June. Anybody selling their unit? if yes, what's the price? I saw some ppl sell PV10 around RM350k (1200++sf) and PV12 RM380k (1308sf). is that the mkt price?

property prices in KL are skyrocketing. I wonder if this will keep on or just for temporary...

anyways, i just realised that Phase 4 and 5 are being build next to Phase 3? Someone highlighted that in wikimapia.org Click here to see it

However a while back the sales agent told that they're building phase 4 and 5 opposite the existing showroom. not sure which is which.
