I know they increased the price after launching date (I'm not sure how much), however today I went to collect my S&P and the price for the same unit is in between RM274K to RM284K depending on where the unit is facing. Those facing West is slightly cheaper and the last to go as told by developer. oh yeah the lot that i booked is one of the last few ranging from 280k and 12k for 1+1 carpark.....(type B) 1313sqf(or is it 1351sft as it was stated in my booking receipt 1351sft) highest floor, 4 rooms lot.
i know the place have such a high density but come to think of it... jam is everywhere.. currently working in bangsar but stayin in PJ area.. am comfortable with PJ but for that amount of money u can only get around 800-925sqft... plus the jam is just as terrible there as well

but that's just my point of view

am looking into more replies and info..
am worried as well as this is my 1st purchase property as well..
