Even the ION drum rocker, It's basically the same setup as my V-Drums.
1 Crash, 1 Ride, 1 Hi-Hat, 3 Toms, 1 Snare, one bass pedal. Only I have a Snare Control (open/close snare) that can't be used in the games anyway.....

It's just the way the map out the Toms as either a crash or tom, just doesn't feel fantastic.

Guitars can't be connected through MIDI.Drums can,but from what I know, only for calibrating them.I'm not sure if they can be used for games.
If we're lucky, the MIDI-USB cable for calibrating will work for the upcoming PC version(there was a confirmed source that Intel or someone stated that it IS coming for PC,the ESRB thing wasn't a speculation/lie/rumour/face).

No,nothing else is needed.Connecting the Guitar to the computer will require an Xbox 360 Wireless Reciever for PC.With that, there are apps that allow you to connect it to MIDI and play it like playing a musical instrument biggrin.gif

hmm.. i just wish they have just the drum kit device on sale. i don't want to spend more on the game. i already had a drum.. all it needs is a connection to the game. and i don't want to buy a crappy drum that comes with the game knowing i'll trash it in less than 2 weeks...

You already have an electronic drum kit?
Then look for garage sales or see if anyone wants to sell their broken kit cheap....... All you need in working condition is the brain unit. I pulled mine out along with the midi port and it still works great.

The guitar in the bundle have problems with down strum. Had to change my style to upward strum. Even in the menu it doesn't work down strum to scroll through items. Is it the guitar? Just bought this weekend.

Yep you need to RMA that ASAP. It's impossible to play to a decent standard without alternate picking..

Agreed. It's most definitely your guitar. Go to the shop you bought it from, test it there and there and see if you can swap it.

I bought a microswitch (around RM10) and fixed it myself with a bit of soldering... Very easy swap provided you have a soldering kit and a sucker...

Added on May 18, 2009, 2:31 pmYou just bought it a week? haha.. didnt notice that... its a common flaw with the guitar... just return it... the microswitch already weng. It strums twice accidentally.
