anyone manage to get the GPS catcher update successfully?

I tried using wifi to connect to my home streamyx and do the update but it failed.

altho stated RAM 64, ROM 128, when you browse the memory, only about 30MB storage memory, 40mB program memory.

using some skyscape software. despite choosing to install in the storage card, somehow 3mb of file reader is installed into main memory . really annoying, coz only 2-3 programs can be installed. defeat the whole purpose of buying a pda phone.

That thing happened to me when I using original Asus ROM. But after using 3rd party ROM (which had been slashed out all the unnecessary item/software). After flashing I can get more than 70MB free ROM after flashing. For free up RAM, you can use software like tMan (freewarePPC.net) to close your program by clicking the 'X' button. Because by default when you click the 'X' button, the software will only minimize and still consume your RAM. And for free up some RAM, you can use software like Oxios Hibernate (freeware).

if like this, will consider buy from lelong or garage sales, but until now  still can't find people sell new set.

yes. tho data in storage will remain. but stuff u install in storage card may need to be reinstalled as essential registry and data files may be in pda memory, which will be wiped clean
