Izzit in the same shop where u bought it? Why do they need a long time to do the restore? Like others said ... restore takes less than 10 mins to do. Hope u get back the phone like the way before. Later outside iPhone but inside HiPhone (choiii ... touchwood).

if you still got your box .. you should be able to match the serial number on the box when u get it back ...

then, just take back & ask LYn forumer here to help

After install some new s/w into the phone...suddenly the phone SOT liaw...cannot detect Maxis...totally cannot work ..
so decided to reformat the phone.

so, u dunno how to jailbreak it aite?

is that the big prob u having there?

/pat chicken hehe no worries..but do bring back the phone ASAP coz the longer its in the shop the longer possibility they might not know how to do it or hacking your internal parts..scared they messed up the phone too much later u only got "brick" instead of iPhone...
