Hi Guys

I was able to scyncronise my contact in outlook using the itune interface with my iphone. However i find it something funny about the contact list.
The alphabatical order of the contact is not correct, not like the one listed in outlook where if you tap "B", you can easily find the contact with the letter starting with "B".

however the iphone if you tap the letter "B", not only the first word but the 2nd word with "B" will appear also... that i think is good but sometimes the contact with letter "B" from the 1st word is not listed out... Short to say, not all words with starting with "B" will be sort out if you trying to search with the letter "B".

so i am quite confuse how it was listed out. sorry for the long typo...... reallly noob in iphone....
if there is an alternative software of patch that can help, pls guide me there...

here is the situation
In outlook/Pocket PC
to find a name call: David Beckham
Just tap D and all the name starting with D will list out. since David is the firs letter is "D" so it will be list in order under D section.

In Iphone
To find a name call: David Beckham, the name is not necessary listed under D.
You may find it under B Where it is beckham. The listed name is as shown David Beckham in iphone.

sort to say the listing of the names is different from the Pocke PC.
My issue, sometimes i cant find the contact because I dont see the first name in the List and i forgot the last name.

I'm not sure is this the solution u want as i don't quite get what you mean..

go to setting---phone---sort---first,last

so sorry about the explanation... not too good in english...

because they sort by "SURNAME" ..
european or america etc.. their surname is at the back ....
for example our name .... TAN AH KAU....TAN IS THE SUrname in front ..
they read as AH KAU TAN ...
so when you sort by "T" ... AH KAU will come out instead of the sort by "A"

last name = your surname / father's name
