lol... i got same problem. but this time the screw is on my hyper 212 cpu cooler, the one philips small head to screw in the mounting kaki to the copper plate touching the cpu (the bottom one)

for that small space, i think if epoxy glue if not careful will lekat all da way around the mounting. and grinder is also no-no... how ah? im really screwed... (pun intended )
