Yes, that is true. Groomers and pet shop owners have their own distributor price, which we cannot sell the stuff at the same price to customers. But of coz, very reasonable lar...doing a business that cannot earn, who wanna do, right? Anyway, walk in customers will not be able to get the same price as groomers and pet shops. Mark up also not mark up a lot, maybe 10-20% only...that would be about the same price as a walk in customer get from seapark.

Sometimes it depends on the qty also. Small grooming centres and pet shops don't buy a lot in bulk. Sometimes, pet owners buy the qty even more than the reseller...so can get reseller price. Not about grooming tools lar of coz...things like can food, treats..etc..etc..

A little bit of misunderstanding lar...but anyway, if the price diff is just RM2...then depends on how urgently u need it and how far the place lor. If need it very urgently, then rm2 not a prob at all. If needs to travel further to get rm2 cheaper, petrol oso wasted dy
