Hi all,

This is my first time to post in this thread so i don't know whether i can post here but it is related on property. From this thread, i saw some postings regarding renovation but how about wiring part ? Meaning fixing new lights, fans, aircons and etc. What are the cost to budget for this kind of works. I know that some people that engage the electrician to provide the lights, fans and etc as well. What if i were to buy all the stuff then only ask the electrician to settle. Will that be cheaper ?

Please give me your opinion and also electrician recomendation is helpful.
