i wud also recommend ocean sea tackle in seri kembangan. they hav an excellent selection of gear, and discounted price is often better than kepong. however, the road in is kinda jammed...

somehow for me nothing beats topwater strikes whether on lure or on floating bread. there's just something awesome about seeing the fish strike rather than seeing ur line move wub.gif

normally i just tie an o'shaug hook directly to my main line. light braided below 15lb gives best distance.

i place the hook in the middle of the slice of bread, wrap the bread around it and compress only the part of the bread at the top of the hook connected to the line. i don't compress the part towards the tip of the hook, this forms the air bubble to keep the bread floating. basically the end result looks like the pendulum lead weight..

sometimes i use variations on the method like lacing the bread with some fish pellets, dedak, or flavoring, leader for pacu, etc..
