How can a 903sh be flashed? What requirements are there?? Will the phone be bricked? What version must the main board be?
*
pre2006 are easier to flash and unlock. 2006 models I dont think can run japanese firmware if its unlocked, might as well use hypersim if you have a 2006 and want japanese on it. 2006 needs to be opened up and test point flashed. Not many services for it, took me forever to get my old white 903sh unlocked and flashed to euro fw.

I tried it before (locked CID73 903SH) and if bypass is used, the phone appears that doesn't detect any SIM card inserted. It shows Insert USIM card.

Not sure the cause and problem.

weird, it seems to be flakey with hypersims, b/c my friends stopped working when he sold it and had to send it to canada to get it unlocked his 703shf. And I tried a locked toshiba 904t softbank branded and it did not want to connect, but let me get into the phone

For Toshiba phones, bypass SIM doesn't works well also as you will need to do CPR for it and very frequent also. The problem you mentioned most probably will be you didn't do a CPR after 1st boot. Besides, you can't use Auto (3G+GSM), if you do so, CPR is required. 3G only mode is not usable also or else CPR again. This problem will occur on software unlocked also if hypersim is used.

That is my experience after testing Toshiba phones with bypass SIM.

thought so, tried a hypersim plus sim on my unlocked 904t, gets to menus, but no connecting. I guess same issue as the locked one i played with.

btw by any chance do you know why the 804sh required a special hypersim for it? I remember seeing something for it on a chinese forum, and I am thinking if the 804sh needed a special hypersim, would that be the one that would work on a CID73 locked sharp. Still find it odd that my friends 804sh works with a china3gpp with no issues and didnt need a special hypersim.

but on f906i vs sh906i, I think design preference. also it might be better to get f905i since its older and not much difference from f906i...But sh906i is tempting me, after I read that people have no problems with 3g in canada recieving and calling out

yeah I saw the black 903sh, I think the panasonic was a vs3/vs7. I dont htink it was japanese version, probably gonna have to find that scene and screen cap it lol. Plus they filmed the scene in cali, where a ton of 903sh seems to be at.

what i really like, the gold 803t like in hana yori dango

3.2mp I think, also 3.2 on f906i.

I still cant get used to the off center screen rather have center like 920sh, and I like the looks of f when open normal or closed.

getting too anxious for 920sh media unlock since my friend didnt get softbank sim yet

http://qwe.jp/
resource for swf wallpapers, its in japanese, but you manually preview them. They have swf that works on qvga, and wvga and other resolutions.
