for me, by right , i think 1k and 4k should hav no difference to JPA scholarships.

coz 1k and 4k also cannot afford to study overseas.

1k income also got matrikulasi ad, and they still get JPA.

in the end 4k earner get nothing. not fair

gunbladder you will either get UK, US , or australia (english speaking country) .

not Japan, not France, not korea, not germany.

coz those need extra preparatory language class so it's different.

yeah, i wrote bout it in thestar blog, and people comment 5k a month is considered rich, and that 1k income earners should be given priority.

I asked them whether they were crazy because 1k already get various scholarships from BNM , many others. Im from middle class and didnt get interview for BNM, khazanah etc also while those 1k ppl ad got. ridiculous isnt it .

My dad is a businessman,so of coz he wil b having many accounts in banks.
i applied for many scholarships from bank corporations,JPA,newspapers....
only got interview from JPA,wif salary 4k written.....
or mayb my results r not as good as others

My cousin failed to make the cut, regardless...he got offers from Universiti Putra Malaysia and also Matriculation. He's going to appeal, but I honestly don't think he'll succeed. He has, after all been privileged to receive such offers. After all, he applied for JPA for the 'oversea' appeal. Which even if he got the JPA, the appeal will soon subside and the harsh reality starts sinking in.
Have you any idea, how many rejected applicants will also appeal?
