What you can get are those you can see in the pharmacies. The common names are Blackmores, 21st Century, Seven Seas. The multis would consist of more types of vitamins/minerals than you listed.

And you don't actually need them in high concentrations - the recommended intake is measured in milligrams and micrograms. High concentrations can be toxic, or are simply wasted as they are not absorbed by the body.

The best source is still a healthy diet. A great website (though with an American focus) for recommended intake is: http://www.whfoods.com/nutrientstoc.php

I wouldn't depend on papers that mention the top companies by name. You can never tell who paid for the "research" in the first place.
