Heres the story
I rented an apartment in cyberjaya
And to later that I found the owner never pays the maintainer's bill
Which is not okay since now I can't access the car park without the renewed sticker

Then we struck a deal with the agent that she will make a deal with the owner to get a rental sticker
But not for today as the owner stops full filing the end of the deal which in result getting my car clamped

Is there any legal actions that I can take?

against who? the apartment? the owner? the clamp?

explain to the clamper what is what and have it sorted out. legal action takes too long and you need your car asap, am i right?

Tried to talk to the clamper it didnt work

and tell him wat happen..

try nego with him...

at the end, if he dun 1 to co-operate with you... "bite" him...

Heres the problem

The owner doesn't want to keep in touch with us
Even we ask from the agent the agent says the owner doesn't want it

spray the whole house and shift to other place..

Then liddat dun pay your rent la until he/she pays the maintainance bill..

I read one post here in LYN that says that the law protects the tenant and not the owner of the property =)

Yes we did sign agreement
But nevermind the owner decided to settle it so lucky him
