Renovations 3-phase wiring

Hey guys. Wanna ask a simple question.
I would like to upgrade to 3 phase to cater electric demand on my house. I saw at outside (near my tnb meter) there's currently 4 wire crossing my house ( tnb pole>neighbor>my house>neighbor). Did the current crossing wire are 3 phase ready? As I saw my neighbor across street, they using 3 phase and using the existing crossing cable that I mention. |
