I just encounter a serious incident which is my electric box/meter box cut-out fuse was burst and the PVC cables above it burnt.

In my scenario, I'm staying in condo. So normally who will beard the cost. My management called TNB came and done the inspection, they only provide me the cut-out fuse with free. But the repair jobs of wiring need to be done by myself which cost RM350.00. The wiring contractor was recommended by TNB people. So is it right i beard myself ?
