IN UK, most business expecially those comes with heavy renovation are set up via LEASE HOLD type. mean, u buy the business lease from the previous owner, for example 20 years for 80k gbp, and u still need to pay for the rental based on weekly basis and pay the landlord quarterly.

In malaysia, u just go hunt a shop, rent it, make ur own renovation, and kickstart the business.

there is no leasehold business in malaysia, cause the shops availability in malaysia is more than demand, which does not like uk, SHOP LOTS ARE LIMITED.
