Yup, even realised from their brochures, the expiry date is 87 years left from this year. Therefore, upon completion by next year, it's 86-85 years already.

But, in your opinion, will it be too risky to purchase a house without a showroom??

From the layout plan, it looks OOOOkkkaaay...even a small family area at 2nd floor. But when come to think for a house at 20x70, can they squueze in this area, OR just an artist impression thingy...

But I believe IJM should have quite good workmanship??

Or am I totally wrong here??
