The good all days...i watched all cartoons showed by TV1 and TV2 (we didn't have TV3). Last time was more about saving the world and have some moral values too. These days cartoon....no comment.
Big fan of GI Joe , transformer, Ninja Turtle, XMen, ghostbuster, Heatchliff (cool cat and i like the way he thinks), New Kids On the Blocks, back to the future etc (watched too many and cannot recall anymore). Does any of you watched Kickers, a story about a boy who join the soccer club in his school. There was also a Japanese cartoon (translated to Malay) about a singer and her best friend. Her friend love her but she reject him. |

lol , those were the days.
my time was the 90s to early 00 . Back then , we would wake up at 9am on saturdays and sundays to tune in at cartoons , ranging from tv1 - tv3 ,ntv7 ... lol , that was fun. those earlier cartoons such as thundercats and D&D , i watched a few episodes only , on and off. I remembered I liked Batman , back during 93- onwards? I forgot . I even recorded some of the episodes. Oh ya , Little Lulu , hahaha .Watched it on and off too. NINJA BOY aka 忍者元太郎 = this one is funny ! lol , yeah the cantonese version is nicer. Others I cant really remember , there were so many of them. |

Sorry for resurrecting an old thread but somebody asked about the the cartoon where the characters go about on cables shot out of their backpack.
A bit of sleuthing (Googling actually) came up with a name, and subsequent YouTube vid. Sky Commanders. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sky_Commanders http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8w_Myfi-Q9I I figured we couldn't remember it that well was because the intro was just a silly voiceover. /far too old for this |
