since I joined LYN...
each and every day i started to haunt many threads to found out that there are lots of animal lovers here!!! and.. it made me go crazy

1st.. hedgehog because I'd loved them long before I join here and finally got one from a nice breeder...
2nd.. gliders... have became so addicted to them but unfortunately I'm not ready for the commitment as I can't provide a stable house
3rd... maltese.. well. this confirm to get one but not within these years
4th... syrian.. became that day go hunt with Jamien n hun.. lolx
5th... which is now.. guinea pig..

I guess.. If i have money now.. surely will buy all in one shoot and prepare to made my self busy with pets..

anyway.... just came in here and found out that guinea pigs are lovely
saw many piggie in pyramid before but never knew they actually are very lovely~~~~
now.. wanna ask some questions after i finish reading all from the 1st page

1. For 1 pig if i used cage that for rabbit can ar? like the one petshack have...
2. Is it possible to have only 1 gp? cuz I dun think I have space for 2 pigs... ><
3. Any different between male n female? I mean which one is easier to handle?
4. Hmm... what else??

Well.. these Q 1st then.. sorry if this has been asked before... maybe it pass through my eyes when reading it

to inspect gp stuff and to see how many should I spend if really getting gp.... now 50% sure oni... but still wan to wait till semester break and see what else I have to know before having gp

there are normal, aby, and sheltie breed right? basically... what's the different of these breeds? I mean for the way to treat them? as for sheltie I know we have to comb the fur to make it nice right? how bout the other 2? well.. sheltie confirm not for me if i really gonna have 1 pig

another Q... is gp smelly like hamster? can stay in air-cond room? well... gonna put it in my room later on if confirm to buy.. so ask more q before regret it tee-hee...

I mean.. not like hedgie.. we need those vet who can treat exotics...

well... gp needs more companionship and I kinda like those who can sit well and feed back to me.. so I guess GP is the best choice
now.. just wait till the time is right and I can proudly became one of the family here!!!

the thing is... I can only choose to have one more pet at the moment....
no more space for them... my hedgehog I put him at my toilet... lol
I never use the toilet to shower etc... mostly to wash my hand, my toilet occupied by 2 tortoise and 1 hedgehog... but of course once a month I asked my maid to help me clean the toilet lar...

so I can only choose either hamster or GP... I guess.. the answer just blink out of my mind... guess.. for the moment gonna have GP 1st... because I'm putting it inside my room... less smelly pets is better... if not.. @.@

one more thing... for Dr. Yeoh.. u have to call earlier to made appointment.. or u will just waste ur time... Dr. Yeoh is the busiest person... most of ppl here went to see Dr. Yeah regarding their pet... haha

I've been researching bout GP.... and I have another question to answer now... from here.. I know most of GP owner provide bedding or hay right?
Is it okay if just use newspaper at the bottom for their bedding and cover half of it with towel? well... I found this while searching... she use newspaper as bedding and it did looks very neat thou....

well... Jack told me all GP in petshack are all boys.. well... I'm looking for female.. since Jamien or someone told me before the male tend to have marking smell and I was thinking... inside my room... so I choose female...
some how... nowadays, every pet that I wan to added must be female.. dunno why

and I did see some of it at the 1st page but I think u should post up the maintenance/cleaning the cage, plus how to differentiate male n female and also bout their disease plus some other things.. well... I guess if can just provided all in oneshot.. so other newbie like me.. can just read the 1st page like gliders thread.. and when they keep asking just said refer to 1st page
