Hi, sorry for bringing up an old thread.

I just went for an interview at an agency, and I'm through for a 2nd interview tomorrow. The job they offered is Customer Service Executive at Maybank call centre at Bkt Jelutong.

Does anyone know more info about it? I can't seem to find a more updated post apart from this 2008 post.
