QUOTE(fruitie @ May 7 2008, 05:48 AM)
After two months since I first subscribed to Celcom, I called the careline to complain about my speed because it is very unacceptable. How ironic in HSDPA enabled area but getting GPRS speed. doh.gif

So, I told the officer about my situation, everything was fine around evening but right after I went out and came back at around 12.00 a.m., I got snail paced speed. Until this very moment, my speed is still bad and I switched to my hostel line which is faster than Celcom 3G. doh.gif doh.gif

Then, he told me there is maintenance activity going on and it is expected to be fixed on 09.05.08. Then I told him, if in that case why my earlier (this evening) speed was good? He answered me, maybe my area was not affected earlier so it is now affected already. doh.gif doh.gif doh.gif

By the way, the maintenance started last Wednesday (30.04.08). mad.gif

It won't last long when the sun comes out, the line will be congested again until late midnight. sweat.gif

Download Speed: 51 kbps (6.4 KB/sec transfer rate)

Speechless to maximum level with BT disabled. shakehead.gif mad.gif vmad.gif

there is always an upside on every downside rclxms.gif

abt the your conversation wif careline, they mean to say tat upgrades/maintainence is done in different location and at different intervals? or are only D68 badly affected?
funny, i din experience any turtle speed over my side for these past 1 wk
could it be tat i am on D98 and being spared the 5GB limition @64kbps limition

ahha u could hav exceeded the 5GB leh icon_idea.gif icon_idea.gif

DiGi's infrastructure needs to be good in order to be able to offer a reliable and stable service. We can't make any assumptions for now but we know DiGi always give some competition to other providers which is good.

as I said before, TIME has introduced this for long time already...(as I was searching alternative BB besides streamyx at that time and already found out about this) but I think no improvement has been made as the coverage is still limited to only certain areas...so expand of coverage would be out of the question sad.gif
