It won't last long when the sun comes out, the line will be congested again until late midnight.

abt the your conversation wif careline, they mean to say tat upgrades/maintainence is done in different location and at different intervals? or are only D68 badly affected?
funny, i din experience any turtle speed over my side for these past 1 wk
could it be tat i am on D98 and being spared the 5GB limition @64kbps limition
