customer only want the service live up to its name & promotion... at least to get decent speed & reliability...

if only if i am as rich as bill gates, i 'll setup an ISP company in Malaysia that provide truly unlimited usage broadband with unlimited bandwidth for all types of internet application...

for sure that will blown out maxsheet, izze,Umobel, sialkom (and their state of the art monitoring system) to hell.... mad.gif

all my rm30 credit just got eat by celcom....they lie to me ....
even after i pay the rm 8 for 1 day unlimited bb, my credit still got potong untill all finish....

for this case, if you did it right (the daily unlimited subscription proceudre) you might sue them becoz they deduct all your credit....sue them say that with them deduct your credit, you lose something important becoz you unable to make call.... due to their state of the art daily unlimited subscription error... mad.gif

Suing big telco's for a loss of rm 30 is laughable. Do your homework before instigating others. What would you do if they would counter sue you for defamation ? You'll be shitting in your pants by then.

look bro...i'm not a lawyer... but i do know about right of consumer...

it's rm30 becoz she/he has rm30 credit... how about if he has rm200 credit ?... the credit will be suck in just about an hour of usage... plus not his mistake...it is sialkom state of the art system mistake...

but the most important is, he lost his talktime.....if he's doing big business & unable to call out on some important big project/task & loss due to the reason his credit beeing deduct wrongly, he had a case...

rm30 maybe small....but how about if this things happen to 100 "valued" customer of sialkom ?? rm3000 free money to sialkom for providing sulky daily unlimited subscription ?? your credit been deduct rm8 for the service & yet your credit been deduct until 0 at the same time while surfing the internet... is that what state of the art communication system owner and multimedia super corridor status company services kind of like ??

maybe unrealistic to sue but at least i'm supporting he to give a fight....

my wish for digi 3g:

1)stable connection
2)no stupid fair usage policy
3)consistent real 3G speed

why these simple 3 things that customers want that Wireless Broadband ISP cannot provide ?? usually when there's a need usually there will be at least one or two good provider...but sadly, this is not the case for wireless broadband industry scenario in Malaysia... sad.gif

as my fourth wish is digi to improve its coverage.... put more that yellow things..hehe smile.gif

i'm currently oustation at kuala sg baru, melaka for 6 weeks.... i bring along my phone modem of "hassle free internet connection celcom mobile broadband" (as mention while waiting to speak to their customer service).....

here, sometime got 3g(low signal) sometime gprs(full bar)... i tried to force only gprs to make the connection stable (nvr mind la gprs speed as long as can surf the net), but no use...always disconnect after few seconds of connection...

i called selkom customer service around 2o'clock in the morning, she said they upgrading their system until 30 june... i said i'm in need of internet connection.....but she nothing could be done.. wth ?? so what of the point i'm paying rm68 a month just to wait for their neverending upgrading process... they at least should waive or at least prorate the amount of time they cant provide the service... what of the point allocationg 24hours customer service just to say "we're upgrading & nothing can be done" ...answering machine can do that... what a joke...

There's some line interruption untill 30 june, and will happen at certain period of time. So bear with it.
I didn't fully utilize RM 68 package because I'm heavy downloader. I'm only use it for browsing. nod.gif

You can wait for DiGi to release their 3G package.
*
i'm also currently just want to browse bcoz here in kuala sungai baru only gprs speed...but how to browse if the connection always disconnect ??....

where the "hassle free internet connection" as promise by celcom ?? this upgrading interuptions are ongoing since may... better say "next 2 years only we can provide good hassle free internet connection, for the time being just pay us rm68/month to help us to expand our coverage and bandwidth" .....i'm tired of celcom neverending interuption... all i want is reliable and stable internet for surfing.. i dont mind if gprs speed if the conection is stable..

Check this out about data capping in the US

why in this industry (wireless broadband) they just cant give enough what customer need ??

can i call this phenomena as "not quite an established technology" phenomena ?

in my opinion, this phenomena happens because the technology of harddisk drive development is better than the technology of wireless broadband....

5GB/month means averagely 166MB/day...

they should say this out loud...

"we offer broadband 166MB/day with unlimited idle time....."

if they use "unlimted DATA" words in their promotion but they cap 5GB/month, i think that is false aquisition in their promotion... because the words and their term (about data cap) contradict each other....

bloodsucker wirelss bb provider... at the moment i'm unsatisfy with rm68/month that i pay... & what they can do ?? they just can say "we can do nothing sir because we're upgrading"...

maybe some of u can say just terminate if u dont like/unsatisfy....but as a consumer in general i have the right to accuse them, their service is suck/not reliable enough (as a mobile broadband provider) regardless if i terminate their service or not.......

just imagine an analogy, u live in a house in remote area, electricity so so only, with limit of 2000W at a time and sometime off and sometime on.... just because mobile broadband not a critical utility needs does not mean they can afford to provide crappy service to their customer...

end of my mobile broadband rant for today.. yawn.gif

i wish i could do thesis on this phenomena ... whistling.gif
