why in this industry (wireless broadband) they just cant give enough what customer need ??
can i call this phenomena as "not quite an established technology" phenomena ?
in my opinion, this phenomena happens because the technology of harddisk drive development is better than the technology of wireless broadband....
5GB/month means averagely 166MB/day...
they should say this out loud...
"we offer broadband 166MB/day with unlimited idle time....."
if they use "unlimted DATA" words in their promotion but they cap 5GB/month, i think that is false aquisition in their promotion... because the words and their term (about data cap) contradict each other....
bloodsucker wirelss bb provider... at the moment i'm unsatisfy with rm68/month that i pay... & what they can do ?? they just can say "we can do nothing sir because we're upgrading"...
maybe some of u can say just terminate if u dont like/unsatisfy....but as a consumer in general i have the right to accuse them, their service is suck/not reliable enough (as a mobile broadband provider) regardless if i terminate their service or not.......
just imagine an analogy, u live in a house in remote area, electricity so so only, with limit of 2000W at a time and sometime off and sometime on.... just because mobile broadband not a critical utility needs does not mean they can afford to provide crappy service to their customer...
end of my mobile broadband rant for today..
i wish i could do thesis on this phenomena ...
