My question is, i watch it on my PS3. Is there anyway to watch the movie in full screen ?

It's in letterbox.

Grainy due to the filming was done mostly at dark places.

I'm playing on my Samsung 32" 1080i LCD TV.

even u got 16:9 display also u wont get FULL screen in DVD/BD

depends on the aspec ratio of the movie
