yesterday got all my BDs not even 1 is "test-water" damm it ....super bz late  quoted from taukeh mpwy *so many BDs..yet so little time*

I am in Jakarta, Indonesia now. When i look around in Mangga Dua Shopping Mall, i saw these dvd vendors selling BLUERAY Discs, which consists of new movies and et cetera. I didnt get them though, but i would have if i have known more details about it. I am gonna go there again sometimes this week to get my self a Black 40gb PS3.
So, maybe i could grab some original BDs for myself they have new movies too in Indonesia surprisingly. I thought HD era is not so 'big' in Indonesia. I know it is not allowed talking or discussing about pirated contents in this forum or any other forum in the world, but its just about acquiring knowledge for a purpose.
So ive heard about normal standard DVD-quality movies being compressed into a BD-disc. Some might say, it is actually DOUBLE LAYER DVD being packed into a BD-finishing cover or some sort, as the PS3 will detect it as a DVD-DL and of course it is playable. So, for educational purpose i might go to the vendor again and try out how is the quality of the so called BD declines and will post my results here for you guys.

Test some BDs yesterday.
The PQ of The Rock and Hellboy is average quality.
But PQ of Troy and Blade Runner is stunning. Recommended.

Actually, should be the other way around. it's DOUBLE LAYER DVD, with the content ripped from BD. Try to put it in a cap ayam DVD player, it will play.
