The content of R1 still the same as R2, and yes the hookers titties are plastered as well.

sorry for the incorrect information, only striptease dancer titties are plastered, and for the hookers just approach them in a car and you will given a choices to offer them a ride, same like the previous GTA games. As for the unlocking new things, i havent found it yet because am still in pogress playing it.
