2.he offer me his gaming rig for rm1450.his thread
3.i transfer rm1400 to his acc.EON BANK.KOH CHUAN JACK.0058200129575 on 23rd april 2008.thats my biggest mistake.i trust everyone.
4.he promise me to cod in pudu on 26th april 2008
5.i went there by bus.arrived pudu at 12.30pm.try calling him.got this answer."the number u had dial cannot be reach at this moment"
6.realized i've been conned
7.immediately call cimb to revert the transfer.they said gonna help
8.make a police report on 28th april 2008
9.got a call from cimb.they said KOH CHUAN JACK already withdraw the money.but they said gonna ask him to refund me.
10.still waiting for good news from cimb
11.update i got his address.what should i do next?do i need to bring along my friends?

not only cimb, even public bank will also freeze the bank acct if police report shown to them

i also been conned b4...but i dun think the bank can freeze so easily...
If really so easy,then i bank in money to ur account then can simply freeze ur account?

no bank can revert a transaction there is a law governing that BAFIA
banking and financial institution act
