yes, MilesAndMore, what u said here is correct as my niece is studying at MMU with PTPTN loan. And effective January, 2008 all PTPTN loan applicant need to open a SSPN account besides the usual account where PTPTN transfer the loan into. This is the link of PTPTN Syarat-syarat Pinjaman :
