AP pricing cheaper, but the after sales service risk. Buyer gotta balance it.

This sentence told us the bad seller there. People want to buy original why push people go buy AP？
Its also given those empty promise and said those buyer who bought original is sohai .
Now must boycott the shop too.

If not mistaken, AP company mostly is using replacement part instead of genuine original part to repair phone.

IMO, some of them selling recon handset as AP pricing. this is why some AP set facing so much QC problem.

Tough luck for TS and I agreed with iRonTech.
Whats the profit margin for an AP phone? Cannot expect much, right?
AP phone + bad luck will certainly cost much more time and money. Buy ori for peace of mind.

ap or ori also same....still got qc problem...last time my customer bought a n70 zitron set from me..send 7times warranty within 2months.....dat time selling rm1999...he almost throw tat phone on my head...haih...

TS bought from da shop call mobiland trading?omg....tat shop memang terkenal wif cheating n selling recond set lar...his shop at tesco damansara mutiara,n mine shop juz beside lar...so i know how they do business....they should help u send warranty n deal with comsat...atleast comsat ppl know them,n comsat ppl doesnt know u,juz fooling u around,do u think if a dealer walkin,their S.Center ppl dare to do da same thing?coz they might not afraid of losing 1 customer,but not 1 dealer like us,we order more than 300 units atleast per month...so ofcoz we can settle it better...so its depends

The diffrent at least the Original will use genuine parts where AP mostly is replacement.

Hi guys, i won't trust comsat ever again..I had a very had a very bad impression of their service especially the service centre and also mobiland trading. I'm not from kl and indeed small shops like the one i bought from has given me a bad impression that buying ap sets from lowyat is a bit of a risk as i won't know if the serller is being honest and responsible or is just trying to close the deal.I've since moved on by buying a nokia N82 from Sapura.If Comsat would have given me a good service.They would have not only retained me as a buyer but also will be able to give recommendations to others from me..and i will also be posting here regarding their excellent service but this is not the case.

The ironic part is...Before buying, i came to lowyat to do a survey as which AP company is reliable..and when i look through, i keep seeing COMSAT, CSL, NEFION, and etc..

so when i was offered another unit which is from pacific.i declined it...as i said, if i am willing or if i ever get to get AP unit..at least i will buy from a company that i've heard of..and when the shop offered me, i saw it's comsat which is one of the names i heard of and thus buying it.I've moved on..i'm happy with my n82 now.

AT first, i bought from lowyat.their company chop on my receipt is in mutiara damansara. but the guy who's selling me has his business card address is Carrefour USJ..

if you finish reading it..I sold the phone away at Rm560..After like 2 months of usage..

I only buy AP went i'm desperately need a phone and short of cash & i only but the cheapest AP phone available... 1208 ftw....
Other than that all my 6280, 9210i, 9300, & E90 are original sets...

dear lyn readers, i notice if not all ap sets will have problems after some time..

I experience the same thing like this user. in 2006, my friend & i decided to buy AP phone from the same shop. after 3 months of use, both phones started giving problems, motorola=battery overheat & SE=cannot boot up..

go back to seller, he ask me to send to comsat center in lowyat which only purpose is to send the phone to maluri, then he added if i send to maluri myself would be faster.. of course everyone want fast service mah.. so i go to maluri, lucky at that time my house was actually nearby so don't have to travel so far unlike this user(all the way from malacca)

basically its all same idiots... same tricks... same problems... my advise? NEVER NEVER NEVER by AP.. lets put these companies out of business forever! better by ori set as it will last longer!

fyi im using ORI zitron n73 set for almost 1yr with no probs at all..besides the occasional firmware upgrades that is. and you all want to know what happen to my SE? 1 year ago the screen become totally white.. even tho other phone functions work fine only cant see whats happening, I go to lowyat spare part shop ask how much the screen.. because phone no more warranty ady and the guy says RM150! just the screen.. mind you! and I have to do all the changing..now my SE just lying around, totally opened up by me for cleaning purposes and also temporary paperweight till i have enough money to spend for a new lcd screen... hmmmphh...

I'm not trying to give a bad name to comsat... its just their service really sucks! like their product... like their company!.. let this serve as a reminder to all because salesman's can be sweet and cunning.. they will lick you till you buy lol cheers! happy trading!

SKY?? Last time my brother bought a hp from him in carrefour subang. Really got lots of problems. He give my brother a used set...then when I told my brother lots of stuff missing and this is not a brand new set, he scold him kaw2. Always got problem one after another. Untill one day the say this SKY guy no more in carrefour oredi. Now, he is in lowyat now...This guy is very rude as well. Until my brother screw him up. Business like this should really be close down.

Haiz....nowadays people cannot do business without cheating... is it so hard to give a good service to your customer?

i rather pay couple of hundred more rather than having an experience like this..feel sorry to TS..most of the phone i bought is original n so far none of them having problem..even minor issue..say no to AP especially comsat

yea, please beware of AP products.I hope you guys will be more careful when purchasing AP products.At least don't buy from SKY, the shop or COMSAT AP company.

what i don't understand is, what's the diff between Ap and Nokia for e.g. ? as my understanding (correct me if i'm wrong), aren't both AP and Nokia Ori using the same internal parts ? or are we saying that AP manufacturer duplicate 100% the design and looks of the ORI ? i'm confused here. i was told last itme by shop the diff is that AP doens't pay some tax or something hence it's cheaper or was it parallel import in. something something. ?
