We can upgrade the OS (e.g. v10.x to v20.x) easily nowadays. But upgrading the BIOS (FP2), will depends on the FP modified to support N82 or not.

crystal case sux, cos it can scratch the phone from within.
silicon case i got, but it makes it very damn hard to sms cos u cant feel the buttons properly.

It depends on what apps or games you are running in fore/back ground of N82. Also it depends on how many calls/sms/etc., how long LCD backlight on, on GSM/UMTS network, themes, screensaver, ring/message tones which sings an entire 5 min song, area network signal weak/strong, and so on.

On average with minimal use, it can last me 3-4 days (Fri-Mon). Normally 1-3 days only.

i google they say n82 got stopwatch, but i cant find it anywhere.

Yes, M'sia electric voltage standard is 240V 50Hz. However, it does fluctuate from 230-250V, and sometimes go down until 220V and below. That's where brownout (not blackout) occurs.

Maybe lucaswjk is right, try using the charger and battery at other places, it might be faulty.

erm.. i got a question..
i'm using the garmin to lock my position today when i'm in the KTM,
but the signal showed that i'm on the road and not on the railway!
and when the signal move to the end of the road, the signal terus jump to the nearest road from the railway again..

is there anyway to set it to the exact position on the railway?

above is the step for installing Garmin...but how i find the k3yg3n for garmin? then what is SW.UNL? how to create?

May I ask if anyone's N82 keypad got some weird "squeaking" or some weird "yik-yik" sound when press the keypad? My one seems to have it almost every keys when I press it. Kinda irritating sound when press it especially during sms.

Hi everyone....,i think my nokia n82 is having problem with the battery...i charged it yesterday and use it normally without wifi n bluetooth on...the battery drains badly....can use it around 1-2 days only.....sometime can only use it for 1 day....erghhhh....can someone help me to find the solution....        

i see lots of discussion on the built quality of the phone, after almost 7 months with it... i have forgot about the creaks etc. the one really bad is D-pad, which is not tactile enough.

for the screen protector, go to Novacell, buy from them and get them to fix on it. for every one single particle of dust found, they will either replace or clean for you
