QUOTE(Victor3010 @ Jun 4 2008, 08:46 PM) hmm...but does it lock fast? did u make sure that the A-GPS uses Maxis 3G Wap instead of Maxis Internet?(if u're maxis user) yup, it's done within few seconds. it can lock me even i'm sitting in bus stop. with only GPS enabled, the satellites will have hard time to track you if you are in sheltered area. i'm using singapore singtel. QUOTE(lucaswjk @ Jun 4 2008, 10:30 PM) before u buy, please survey the headset from Creative... sorry i dont remember the model name and the forum i read but from what i read, creative is currently the best headset on market with in-ear design only second to Bose coz from what i read, Bose is using Gold connector which no one can beat... just better than ipod and philip headset... original nokia hs-43 and hs-45 is no where near above headset... SUCK big time --- the only reason i didnt buy any of that yet, coz non are nokia compatible... cannot answer call and adjust the volume is HELL NO i disagree with your 2nd part. beware with Bose products, they are well-known for overpriced. go search in audiophile for better recommendation if you are serious looking for good earphone.

QUOTE(davidhong85 @ Jun 6 2008, 09:30 AM) Did anyone change your Silver N82 to Black Cover Housing? What is the actual price if getting it from Nokia Shop...? Thanks It's over SGD100 over here in SG. So it should be over RM200 for Malaysia.

QUOTE(jtcs87 @ Jun 17 2008, 02:22 PM) I had read about it already. Just don't know why can't use! My N82 can call 3G to NOKIA user. But can't call to SE user. I'm totally faint! cannot use means you cant even open the application? you need to use the nokia pcsuite >>nokia map loader>>select malaysia map>>download.

QUOTE(edge85 @ Jun 22 2008, 12:32 AM) I think it's quite a good phone. Battery lasts on average 3 days, and less if I listen to music (still way much better than my previous N95). Before the update, it does crash once in a blue moon. But besides that, it's perfect. Btw, does anybody know if it's possible to switch the housing from silver to black? If yes, where? Thanks. if you don't mind the RM200 cost of black casing, just go to nokia service center.

QUOTE(seraph8660 @ Jun 22 2008, 09:12 PM) erm.. my N82 are bought at brunei and its original. Can i replace my housing at Nokia Service Centre by FOC also? btw, how they check whether my unit is original or not? and can we check by ourselves? Check your phone IMEI number, it should be the same with the one on box. Otherwise it's not original set. QUOTE(didi_85 @ Jun 22 2008, 11:18 PM) google around, i'm sure you will find the official disassembly manual easily.

I even go back to ask the shop where i buy from, they also say no need de. My question is, izzit no need money to use the gps, but need money for the navigation? Correct.
