My fellow Tomica fans,

Sorry for the long silence. I have been busy hunting for some hard to find tomica models these past few weeks. I am happy to say that despite the recent price hike, my passion for collecting our favourite brand is still strong. I will be posting some pics of my recent acquisitions in this forum to keep our spirit alive. However the price increase has made me more selective in my choices and very few of us can afford to sapu hampalang like before.

So my kawan2, let us keep our passion for tomica burning and keep adding to our collection !!!

Others need to wait for next order maybe around Late July.

Toycarsmy, to prevent people from thinking that the Evo X is still available from you, may I suggest that you change or delete your 25 June 2008 entry in your blog. It still gives the impression that you still have 2 units of the Evo X for sale. The title of the entry is : Highlight : Tomica Evo X for Trade.

Anyone notice that our forum postings have become very slow? Is this because of the recent price increase? No bullets liao?? No more new Tomica liao?? Where are our regular brothers?? Liao also??
Let us think of ways to keep the spirit alive.
Perhaps organise a teh tarik session and talk about our collection?
Or maybe organise a monthly session with a guest speaker?
Or organise a swap meet session to sell or exchange our Tomicas?

I think it is a pity if we don't do something to revive our forum lah, because there are various activities that we can organise. Who knows, maybe we could also form a registered Tomica Collectors Association of Malaysia.
