Interesting note, so what categories of Tomicas would one collect? Obviously I am collecting many series and practically all categories. Most people would collect sporty cars, so let's talk about priorites - what's yours?
More Priority Sports Cars All Regular Box (Red/White) All Tomica Limited Series All Tomica Limited S Series Unique Car Shapes - to own one of every mould out there Disney Resort Limited Series Tomica Shop Models Lesser Priority Buses & Trucks Constructions Vehicles Police Vehicles Emergency Vehicles Black Boxes (JDMs) Blue Boxes (Foreign Series) Lotto Sets Box Sets Tomica Limited Vintage U-Mate Series Tomica Town QUOTE(elgee @ Oct 3 2008, 05:04 PM) they are a unique set of die casts, and tomica is already producing a huge variety of them. |

Hi Hayashi, do you like them, come join us in your collection of Tomicas! Yeah most of my Tomicas are from overseas cause the variety is rather limited locally, same situation I was told in M'sia.
QUOTE(hayashi86 @ Oct 5 2008, 10:35 AM) @Percivale Thanks for the info, will give it some thoughts - gotta depend on the budget and frankly I am more a Canon & Panasonic fan wahahaha heh , where did u get that, order online or purchased in malaysia? that nissan Z are really cool! Hi Cham. The Land of Tomica should be Japan and the second best place would be Hong Kong. I believe we get our stocks from Hong Kong distributor Mani and they often give me the sinking feeling we are taking the leftovers..
QUOTE(cham2020 @ Oct 5 2008, 10:36 AM) mr Percivale is from singapore Okay moving on to different topic, one thing I liked about Tomicas is that they pay attention to minor details such as the inner box flap showing the box number.land of tomica ![]() some Special Models have a logo with no number, some with no logo and some with special logo (as shown below) ![]() ![]() ![]() |
