I had been working as a collection 1 year in E2power. It is vr routine job. However, is easy because you do not have to search for any new customers. You just keep calling from 9am to 9pm (ot). After a while, you can even read magazine while you are calling.

There is kpi for you to achieve. For me, I need to call 190 calls per day and have to collect 1.1mil per month. Btw I served for SG TEAM. All my customers (singaporean) are fussy and complainers.

The salary is consider high for fresh grad. Good luck for those got the job.
