i been hired.....can i know total how many shift at e2power? can list down here.....normally off day is on weekday or weekend??and off day is 2 days continue or can choose separate? Sound like scary to work in e2power.....i heard they not allow to take leave during the 1st 6 months, izzit true?? the last ques, if resign within probation, confirm need to pay back training fees?coz i heard some ppl din pay also nothing happen....

don't resign the job. its great and i did regret resign. now want to go back also hard. its the only job that pays you high with the amount of stress.

training fee? wat training ?

the HR just inform many shift......and inform need compensate for training fees if resign during probation...so u know what shift??

not sure if u'll be based at cyberjaya or not, but at menara tm, morning shifts 7am,8am,9am,10am,11am, afternoon 12pm,1pm,4pm and 12am

total 9 shift?normally every week will hav at least 1 day work on afternoon shift?

sorry i don't get what you mean, usually if u work morning shift then tat week you work morning shift, then off then afternoon shift, it's not possible when u today work afternoon shift (4pm) then next day work morning shift (8pm) rite? tired le...not enough sleep

u can take Star lrt/putra lrt if you going to work at menara OCBC.. it just next to 2 lrt stations

Hi, i received a call from GMP. There is a vacancy as HelpDesk Support from OCBC call center, Cyberjaya. Mainly to support OCBC internal staff for IT support within Malaysia. Also, this post is under contract basic, been told can convert to be permanent staff after one year contract.

Heard that call center's working environment is extremely stress especially first level support. Non-stop calls and have to meet SLA.

Any comments?

I got a call up for an interview for credit processing based in Penang. I'm from Penang, and I just want to know if there is indeed a credit processing dept. in the office in Penang. Cos as far as I know, credit is dealt with by the bank internally, do they actually do it through subsidiary? And whats it like? Dealing with credit submission and when approved, issue L/O is it?

Anyone know wht's the benefits like for E2 power staffs? Do they get similar benefits as OCBC staffs, such as housing/car loan and so on
