i'm not soo matured to grab quad quad kuat.. because 9950 so kuat(strong), sure mobo mnfcturer become like this HTPC in my mind now..

either want to wait for 790gx or grab 780g

temp?? vcore?? for sure it's related to each other.. maybe u try each factor:
either lowering ur HTT (same volt)
lowering ur vcore(HTT same)

if still fail after few restart.. shud clear Cmos..

oc is trial n error, in my experience, when u found u can boot but after that u face the blank screen, it mean ur proc alredi too hot to handle.. so try first to lowering down ur HTT n boot back.. if u find u cant boot at all.. u must lowering ur HTT same with ur vcore.. sometimes, u cant boot at all.. so its times to reset ur cmos n restart all effort from beginning..
it's maybe about the vcore n it's effect the temp..

i think the proc can dance with s1283

need other stepping.. amd didnt love their oc's fan

usually in engineering, they have the team for RnD, so IMO, this is the best chip that they can give n handpicked to make the review.. after that they will pass to production line, n the production line will make cincai jer..

dance= u can push higher later

like that more money to invest
