QUOTE(ah_khoo @ May 12 2008, 11:28 PM) few things to report regardin ax78 after playin w/ it awhile today... bro,- lowest vcore is 1.25v, can't set it any lower. - no +5v rail readin. - pwm temp is kinda high (~55'c ish) onload even i've placed one 4cm fan on top of d silent pipe. will post screenie once i've come out w/ stable clock. what u mean by - lowest vcore is 1.25v, can't set it any lower. isit cannot set due to the mobo limitation or the cpu itself cannot boot using below default value? that mobo bios no cpu vid settings? |

QUOTE(ah_khoo @ May 13 2008, 10:27 AM) d lowest vcore available is d vid i think, it's not like dfi or biostar where u can undervolt ya chip voltage. there's only one option for d vcore settin, which starts from d lowest (vid) available. ya some mobo can decrease the value so can undervolt..some mobo got the vid setting that can be set default voltage lower.. haih.. latest mobo should include any of those feature as ppl tend to do EE setup.. if i'm not mistaken the early ta690g bios also not include the setting.. and after sometimes they revised the option available.. |
