eh guys...when i drive my myvi on a bumpy road, alot of noise comin out le from my front tyres(kling klung kling klung). u tink if i install better suspension like GAB or eibach wil solve tis prob? recemtly,  i send to mechanic but stil cant fix it completely after chg the lower arm....
btw, last time i had lowered my car using APM spring....sry for my poor english

That is common myvi problem. Front disc brake problem. Go claim warranty bah.....but this issue will come back 1.

Good morning to all you fine people. Yesterday just came back from holiday and i see many cars on the road. Looks like Malaysian people can still afford  . I think once each fuel rate increase the more car will be on the road. Is it a sign of protest or just simple we all can afford? August fuel will increase till RM4+ i heard. But i think it will happen  .If so it' time for us to get motorcycle lor  . Now have to put on hold on my 2 projects which is exhaust and repaint my whole car. Sad2 

thanks for your info... but i think the FC is the same.... when i got my car the stock rims also same mileage... only recently i got my car to run around 380 before the next pump and i pump at the last 2 bars.... so i think its ok compare to what you mentioned about city driving which will hit around 300 - 320 for some...

only recently it increases could be due to the increase of preasure.. i dun know and not sure but it worked. So i think 37 psi is ok and its not as bumpy as you think it is... that is why i need another profesional opinion on the tyre pressure cos i believe you cant have the same pressure of different tyres. I have checked out a website and he gave his opinion of using the 10% of the max psi of the tyre theory so that is one pro opinion. Now i am still waiting for cheeann opinion... if he say that use the same pressure then i will reconsider the tyre pressue.

have you seen those sticker giving you the tyre pressure level you should put? there are some with many tyre sizes and with different psi-s. so if you find your tyre ngam for you then  ... for me i need to find one that is right for me considering the opinion of others as well...

No problem.....sharing is caring. Have u try 30psi to 32psi ? i still think 37 psi is too high. Y don't u go back to the shop that u bought ur tyre and rim and ask them what u should pump.......or when u take ur car for alignment and balancing, check the tyre pressure that they pump in. It will be around 30 - 32 or so.

Another thing u need to remember, the higher the tyre pressure, it absorb less impact. Hence those impact will transfer to ur rim and car body. Ur rim might suffer a lot.

i have tried 30 - 32 befor it went to 37.... after putting it to 37 the car feel better rather than draggy.... better control of steering... cos less air more harder to turn the wheels... and after i increase the pressure better mileage... anyway... the impact is not bad to me... now will wait for cheeann's opinion....

Oh ic......mind to share those cars on stock small rim or big rim? low profile tyre or thick tyre?......Thing might be different if using low profile tyre ( less than 50 series tyre) and big rim.........

is bcos front heavier than rear...
that why front tyre need more air pressure than rear tyre...
