eh.. 3 1/2 no more warranty liao.. can change irridium.. but new... they say cannot... cos if anything happen and is caused by the spark plug.. no more warranty... so in any event they will blame it on the spark plug if i were to change within the 2 year warranty period.. so sad... doremon.. any tips for me so i can change to iridium?? i bought it liao.. but now discover such thing.. even SC wont help me to change... darn...

bro, serious a?? then here is the question... they will change my spark plug every 10,000 so how? when i send it back is a MUST change so which mean i pay them something which i dun use.. sigh... can I ask them not to change??

if you can get his plate number you can make a report against him lor...

his shop very good one... its along old klang road only.. so nearby mid v.. after doing stuff at his shop go over mid v for some jalan jalan... or if his service good.. he fetch you there and then fetch you back to his shop to pick upyour car....

i go to the sc at jalan ipoh TIONG NAM MOTORS.... its my sales guy's fren... so if anything i contact my sales guy and tell him what happened and he will help me out.. now this sales guy is my fren liao.. hehe...

I was told that when you use other than p2 spark plug... it would void warranty... very strange.... i buy expensive spark plug than theirs and would void warranty... what crap of logic is that... must buy their normal NGK spark plug... and they wont wanna put it for you either... its their policy...

I told my sales guy and he said next time tell him first then he will inform them to do it for me..
