Yeah dude,i am having a problems with it now.
It seems that the Parallel to USB converter i bought is a 36pins.

The one i need was a D25 to USB converter.

I already pmed HMSPOWER and ask him for a help.

open intake n out take...i like tat...coz i did the same on my pc....too many fans = more noise...doesn matter wat kind of silent fan u are using still it generates noise

I will paint both outside and inside.

Yeah,i don't like to use so many fans....I am not planning to make a powerful hair dryer.

Interior maybe matte black.
Outside maybe pearl white / pearl black / gloss black / metallic black or even other color.
